Nicholas Fitzgerald
For 30 years, Mr. Fitzgerald has been in private practice specializing in bankruptcy law primarily representing debtors in bankruptcy under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. During his career he has successfully handled over 10,000 cases on behalf of debtors. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Fitzgerald served in the US Navy JAG Corps where he handled a wide variety of family, consumer and criminal matters in the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
